I have Misfit installed on my Pebble which monitors my every step during day + sleeping cycles during night, so basically using accelerometer 24/7 and I'm getting around 3-4 days of battery with that usage. Also I'm getting notifications every few minutes (email, facebook, skype) + vibration is on.
