Two paragraph article here -- there isn't information to distinguish this from the negative placebo (nocebo) effect.

Here's the WashPo article (https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2026/02/14/...) which alleges an academic in Norway testing a pulse-energy device on themselves. Not sure I buy it but an interesting read nonetheless.
