Pretty useless article, and an even worse clickbait headline for it.

The article focuses entirely on the FDA's 400mg daily dosage guideline for coffee. If you take less than that amount per day, there's various health benefits. However, if you take an unsafe amount of caffeine, over the FDA's limit, you could see negative side effects.

Ok?

Replace caffeine with literally any liquid or solid you consume in your life. There's an FDA limit for how much is safe to consume per day. If you decide to eat more than that, it will not be healthy. This is not news. I'm not sure what the point of the article is at all.
