Amazon has a separate college-hire program for those who are just out of college. If you've had 1+ year experience we'd likely consider that entry level depending on how you level in the interview, etc.

Thank you for the clarification. Do you also hire entry level product/program managers ?

My team isn't currently looking for any, and I'm not experienced with those roles. I'd assume yes, but couldn't say for sure.
