I have a Chromebook (whose security is limited to HTTPs Everywhere, which doesn't lock much at all). How do I set up a VPN for it?

Looks like Chromebooks may support it right out of the box:

But their OpenVPN support is awful and limited, unless you enable developer mode and set it up manually. Prevents Chromebooks from using VPN in our office.
